East Avenue is the other horse that is expected to contend for the title this weekend at Keeneland. The odds for East Avenue are sitting at +450, and there is clearly some more betting value in betting on that horse than betting on Ferocious.

Handsome Pants has odds set at +2000 to win the Breeders’ Futurity Stakes, and that is really the last horse that you should consider. Some of the horses with even worse odds might end up dropping out of the race before it begins.
